Lappi Farm is an immersive, pet friendly farmstay with cabins and campsites secluded amidst the breath-taking landscape of the Snowy Mountains. Spend nights by the campfire under a blanket of stars, and days exploring the crystal clear waters of the Snowy River that flows through the farm. Spot platypus and wombats, meet our farm animals and enjoy the amazing benefits from our traditional Finnish wood fired sauna.
Built in the 80's by a Finnish family, the handcrafted solid cedar log cabins are the original 'Scandi tiny home'. They are a true "Mökki" or Finnish Summer cottage, where Finnish families go to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of their environment. The property was named Lappi as it reminded the family of Lapland in their home country of Finland, and they positioned the cabins perfectly for privacy and to take in the incredible views over the Snowy River and farmlands of the Monaro Plains.
Today, some 40 years later, Lappi Farm is still providing that same experience for it's guests.
